Step 1
Log in to the Facebook account that you want to deactivate or remove.
Step 2
Click on the lock icon (at the top of the screen) and select Settings.
Step 3
In the left column, click on Security, then at the bottom of the right panel, click on deactivate your account.
Step 4
In the displayed window check one of the boxes to indicate why you want to deactivate your account, and click on Confirm.
Step 5
On the window that appears, enter your password and click on Deactivate Now.
Step 6
Ready! You get a message indicating that your account has been disabled. to reactivate it, login using your email and old password.
